Know Your Truck

• Interior: Two distinct dash styles — 1988–91 uses an early cluster bezel and square gauge pod; 1992–94 got a revised center dash and updated HVAC controls.
• Grille: 1988–91 runs square sealed-beam headlights with a horizontal bar grille. 1992–94 switched to composite headlights and a revised grille surround.
• Engine & Electronics: All 1988–94 trucks are OBD-I. Fuel injection was standard from 1988 on TBI (throttle body injection).
• Blazer/Jimmy body style: 1988–1994 full-size Blazers and Jimmys were two-door only. GM introduced the four-door Tahoe and Yukon for 1995 — those belong in the 95-98+ collection.
• Dually (C/K 3500): Dually trucks were available throughout 1988–1994. Rear fenders, bed sides, and some brake components differ from single-rear-wheel models — confirm SRW vs. DRW before ordering.
